Selecting a photographer to capture one of the most important days of your life is a big deal! Take your time with your decision, don’t let anyone rush you. Ask questions, lots of them! Get to know your potential vendors to make sure that whoever select is someone you feel confident in and comfortable with.

My philosophy is to provide you with timeless images where you feel like yourselves. Rather than asking you to re-create a pose, I like to guide you and allow you to fall into positions in which you're the most comfortable. I follow a documentary-styled approach to your day, where instead of dictating the chain of events, I act as a fly on the wall to capture moments as they happen naturally.
My editing style emulates true tones while naturally enhancing the images. My style is authentic, bright, and romantic. To create timeless imagery, I avoid basing my editing off of trends.
Sometimes! Typically I work solo, but there are instances where I'd recommend considering a second shooter:
- Your guest count is over 120 people
- Your timeline is restrictive
- Additional images and perspectives is important to you
I'll provide lots of guidance for our session. If you're feeling apprehensive about your wedding photos, I strongly suggest booking an engagement session to get some practice. I provide guidance, movement-based "poses", and reflective prompts to get you in your feels and interacting with each other.
It’s fully up to you, but I strongly suggest engagement sessions to all of my couples for a few reasons:
- Warm up to the idea of having a professional camera on you
-Get to know how your wedding photographer works
-Lean into some poses that feel natural for you, allowing you to feel more prepared on your wedding day
I never release the RAW images I take. When I deliver a gallery you can expect high-resolution images which have been fully edited. Although it can be fun to see the before and after, post-production is where a lot of the magic happens and I aim to deliver you only the best!
As soon as I return from a session I backup my SD cards on three different hard drives, stored in different locations. Additionally, I shoot with two camera bodies, each of which have a dual SD card slot to ensure the safety of your gallery.
Yes! I have wedding timeline samples to send, and am quite involved in assisting you draft your timeline. Upon booking, I'll send you home with a little bit of homework to kickstart your planning and ensure we're on track for your wedding day!
